Pros
The company operates almost fully remotely. I have been in mixed teams with remote and in-office coworkers and fully remote teams, and to be honest I could not really feel the difference. The company offers additional pay for remote employees to help with home expenses. There are exciting projects from some of the biggest companies in Brazil but also from startups. If you are unhappy where you are, they offer the opportunity to change from a team to another. It really helps to keep the feeling of burnout away. There are health checks to see how you are liking your team, current project, and the relationship with the client.
Cons
There are legacy projects you might have to work on. And those are far from good experiences for developers. Sometimes you might be forced to leave a project you really love duo to management decisions or the project just reaching it's end. It is not clear what you have to do to reach the "next level" and go further in your career. There is no open career plan you can see, so it is really hard knowing whether you have a future here or not.
