      Great pay, great people to work with, and I feel I have developed the most with this company in my 12+ years experience in property management.

      Cons

      Wish there were more opportunities to collaborate and gather with people in the same roles from other markets. We had a bootcamp last year and it was so beneficial!

      Compensation. Bonuses. Holiday pay. Benefits. Team building days. office parties.

      If you are unbothered and don't get stressed out easily - go for it. I could not. little training. quantity over quality. constant sense of urgency. never feeling accomplished or that tasks were completed. mostly dealing with angry residents. responsibilities plus the phone queue was unmanageable. one or the other please. constant policy changes and having to explain that to residents.
