Pros

You get to learn a lot but it’s based off of trying to do the right thing then getting shut down. But hey at least there is a ping pong table and lunch is catered. Some of the people there are great and actively want to do the right thing but the turn over rate is too high to keep them.

Cons

The CEO has no respect for the employees. He will constantly berate you and your intelligence. He consistently wants to go against patient or public safety and only cares about the money in his bank account. He tries to hide behind his ping pong table and a fake smile to hide away how crooked he is. From forcing employees to release product without the required testing to not caring about workforce regulations whenever convenient. No one in “power” actually has any power to make decisions. All decisions must go through the CEO Habib Torfi. In the end this business will be left without employees and he will blame the employees rather than look at himself as the problem. Avoid this place as much as you can no matter what is promised to you, it is not worth it in the end. The pay is pretty bad too especially in consideration to how much work you have to do. This is the place your soul goes to die.

Pros

It is good for Charlatans who only think about their profits.

Cons

They produce unsafe and not tasted stem cell products and store all in the outside of the Lab building to hide it from FDA and California public Health and sell all to the people who does not care and the CEO transfer the money illegally to his bank accounts in Asia to avoid paying tax.
