This is not a normal working environment- is more like a dysfunctional family. Founder / CEO is a narcissist and bully - speaks to the entire team like dirt (including openly insulting the female co-founder in front of everyone). As an employee you have no autonomy - even if you are hired with a decade of experience you will be micro managed by the CEO and literally be told what to do every day rather than bringing in your own expertise. This company is going nowhere.
Horrible place to work is ran like a mall from the hours of 9-6. Very disorganized. Terrible negative work environment. Micromanaged and controlled to the max.
