Pros
The technical work is interesting. The general population of employees are friendly.
Cons
The company is really far behind when it comes to corporate benefits. They refuse to allow people to work from home, the vacation and sick time is stuck in the dark ages (do they really think that 2 weeks of vacation and 3 days of sick time is competitive?), there is very little flexibility, limited room for growth, etc. I'm not saying that we need to act like Google or Facebook and put video game systems in the conference rooms or anything - but we are a consulting company not an archaic manufacturing company and employees realize that we are getting the short end of the stick. The CEO just seems to have no clue when it comes to fostering a positive company culture. He's always negative or yelling at people, threatening to fire people, etc. Its not a bad place to work - but if you're looking for a place that is actually family friendly with progressive people oriented policies - this is not the right place.
