Open Door Policy. Since it is a small company employees can easily reach up to the CEO or the COO of the company.
Cons
When they are hiring, they absolutely have no plan in mind. They make all fake promises. No proper work allocation for employees in the company. The COO of the company is suppose to look into strategic goals. But she is involved in everything other than the top level goal. She interviews each and every candidate coming for the interview. Looks into project goals(which will anyways not be successful). Hires all dumb people at the top level who are not good at making decisions at all. When the goals are not met the top level blames the lower level employees working under them, and finally they are fired. This company is well known for laying off good talents, coz they do not know how to utilize them, and had no plan in place when they hired them. Please note, all the good reviews above are written by the CEO and the COO themselves. In fact some of the employees were also asked to contribute for this, and was asked only to write good reviews. This is what they call as 'Branding'. I don't see any future for this company. They are not capable of getting a single good project. Salary is not as per market standards. Please please please do not join this company and spoil your career. You will regret later.
