      Met lifelong friends while working here.

      Cons

      Friendships were created by a trauma bond. Some of the elected officials treat the staff like they aren’t human. When you go to HR the staff will try to help but at the top of the organization won’t do anything. Churn and burn staff.

      Flexible Supervisor was great Milage reimbursement

      Lack of support for staff by people of the party and with more authority Compensation wasn’t great Angry people during events and no formal deescalation training
