Pros

Almost none unless you like to travel and be constantly berated from a Narcissist. The only good that will come from this job is that you can use big brand luxury Hotel names on your resume to bounce out of this horror house and get better pay. The one and only positive review sounds and reads how Steven talks. Self-review anyone? Also notice how the poster blames everyone else for problems where they said in the recommendations to management "Find a way to filter the C players PRIOR to hiring"? Typical Steven. Typical narcissist.

Cons

Owner aka Project Manager will yell at you and blame you for his shortcomings. Typical Narcissistic behavior. Constant turnover due to the above. Pay is 25-40% lower than similar jobs. Lots of travel. Expected to work long hours, often 50 hours per week or more. No comp-time for weekend work or traveling for work. Often expected to travel on your weekend so you can work the full week.

Pros

Its been a constant growing and learning experience for me so far. Lots of good training and mentorship from the more senior members of the team. Good mix of perks and benefits, competitive wages too. Got to travel and visit some of our clients. Generous PTO that only gets better the longer you stay with the company. Some of the employees have been with the company for more than 10 years, solid statement to how they treat their people.

Cons

Can be fast paced at times, have to stick to deadlines and work efficiently

Pros

Absolutely none. Steve Tutino is a horrible boss and a horrible person.

Cons

So I worked at this absolutely horrible company for a little over a year. Let me tell you, to work there is a horrible experience, even when you are really good at your job. Why? Because the owner Steve takes delight in yelling at you for any little thing you do wrong. I could take that. Plus I was twice his size and I think he was a little afraid of me so I didn't get it as bad as others. During a company meeting he demoted one employee and promoted another over him yelling and screaming over the phone. It was a sight! What I couldn't take was Steve making promises of giving bonus for projects well done. The problem was, no matter how well you did the job he never gave anyone that bonus. Once I had to stay up all night doing a whole hotel equipment replacement. It didn't go flawless, but it went really well. After not getting that bonus, nor anything extra for working so hard on a 36hr shift, I was done with them. I was only making 50k - it wasn't worth it. I have all my timesheets and emails and possibly some recordings of him yelling at us. If you still work there start recording when he yells at everyone. You can use it in a emotional abuse suit.
