Pros
Not many pros other than the fact that you can find good colleagues. Good aspects are anyway wiped by a top management team that keeps its privileges even when they should be the first example to be humble.
Cons
It is unclear what the company is really doing, business is going bad and they did an horizontal cut since Irdeto went from being a Naaspers child to a Multichoice child. The situation is extremely uncertain the management, starting from the CEO to the rest of his reporting line only thinks about keeping their own privileges. Huge amount (around 10-11) of C-line managers for a company of nearly 900 people. Bully is the biggest issue with the top management, no respect for people and their professionalism. Professionalism is not existing. Planning is not existing. People management is not existing. Lower level managers have 0 skills. Absolutely Toxic place, worse experience of my working life.
