Being a large company we can move a little slow sometimes, but this has been improving. In order to function at the scale we do it's necessary to have a lot of structure and procedures. These are great for keeping everything running though it takes some getting used to. Considering that we're dealing with the worlds most important records and artifacts, all that oversight makes sense.
