      Pros

      Working at IronmongeryDirect was one of the best decisions in my career. They have a great attitude towards progression within the company and believe in their employees and personal goals. I work with a great team in Ecommerce and never have a dull day

      Cons

      It’s rare to have a bad day at work here. One of the main complaints is the limited parking, which has significantly improved only recently with new site expansion

      Pros

      Flexible compared to other oil companies. Great benefits and people. Pay is good.

      Cons

      Can be harder to be promoted since there aren’t many levels within HR (many people are HR Advisors for their entire career)
