Pros

Very good hardworking people from VP level on down.

Cons

Top leader's management style is to verbally intimidate employees even in instances where reasonable conversation would lead to a swift resolution. Constantly pitting colleagues against each other and randomly assigning blame when there is no basis in fact. Once fault is assigned, nothing will change the mindset regardless of evidence. Extremely difficult to move the business forward as the top leader consistently disregards and contradicts decisions that were agreed upon in prior discussions. No grasp of the Internet's impact on present day go-to-market strategies. A dial for dollars mentality with no interest in aligning Sales and Marketing teams.

Irth Solutions Response

For context, I joined irth Solutions as CEO in August 2017. This review refers to my predecessor who had a different management style. I've spent the past two decades in Silicon Valley building and motivating teams. And I'm thrilled to use my experience to help make irth a great company. In my humble opinion, the hallmark of a great company is a sharp, motivated and collaborative team. It's a lot of fun fostering that environment. One where the entire team is empowered to delight our customers and grow our business. We're investing in the team. Giving them more responsibility. Driving real-time communication. Creating ways for them to collaborate and recognize each others' achievements. I'm sorry that your experience at irth wasn't like this. If you have more ideas about how we can make it a great company, I want to know. Please feel free to contact me anytime at jsonnenschein@irthsolutions.com
