Pros
- good people to work with - Everyone at Irvin is a family - A lot of programs - Good work life balance - HR put on good events for employees
Cons
- Many times where there was not work to do, so you would just sit at your desk waiting - Many employees receive negative reviews year after year but management will not do anything about it. - Management is blind to actions of employees. - Minimal prior job training - Underpaid - Toxic work environment when it comes to gossip and disliking other co workers - Allows for flex hours but management talks negatively of people who leave based off their hours. They expect people to stay much longer than needed. - Entire company uses old/outdated databases when it comes to Purchasing, engineering and Finance. - Continued mistreatment of employees through cliques and preferred employees getting benefits that other do not. - Corporate will lay you off if they dont like you
