      Staff were smart and eager to learn. Good pay and benefits.

      Cons

      Chaotic and disorganized. Financial processes didn’t make sense. Toxic and rude senior managers who led with fear and intimidation tactics. Unrealistic expectations. High staff turnover. IRWD was the worst working experience of my life. I highly recommend you think twice before accepting a position there.

      Pros

      Facilities are nice, pay and benefits are good for a organization of its size approximately 500.

      Cons

      Poor management and leadership, poor dysfunctional structure, process and procedures. Not a place to go for structure and best practices. Very clickish environment especially amongst management. A lot of bureaucracy.
