Pros

Years ago it was great

Cons

Day to day changes, management doesn't know what they are doing, makes our jobs harder when it doesn't need to be. A lot of redundant work, allows members to treat CSR's worse than dirt. Gives away everything to their members just so they don't get a bad review and then employees suffer with crappy raises and bonuses. Little help when you need it and information is hard to find. Employees are over worked and overwhelmed. The next GREAT plan is to merge Special service all one team. Doesn't matter that NO ONE wants to do the others jobs and there will no longer be a specialty team. As it is Returns for example are already back up for customer care, then a queue builds in Returns and then once the queue is cleared back to CS. Always behind on emails, credit request ect. Currently CA Recall we are just giving money away and again employees are going to suffer, the abuse from the members and lack of leadership. Isagenix has CS hours at 6am-6Pm plus chat hours 7 days a week. CS shouldn't be open on Saturday Isagenix should allow the over worked, over stressed, and underpaid employees time with their family. Used to have volentold holidays now it's your working unless you request it off and everyone is fighting to get the day off with family. CEO's change over the years but, in the end it's the same BS. You get hired in CS and then you can't get out unless you know someone. High favoritism is ridiculous.

Pros

Isagenix has been my professional home for nearly a decade, and it stands out from the six other companies I worked for before. I’ve never experienced the same level of commitment to employee well-being, and during challenging times I’ve always felt genuinely supported. What sets Isagenix apart is its strong focus on work-life balance, which goes beyond standard policies. Generous PTO, remote Mondays and Fridays, a birthday day off, and early holiday releases are a few examples, but the greater impact is how employees are genuinely valued as people, not just workers. The culture is collaborative, supportive, and inspiring, and the people I’ve worked with are relationships I know will last a lifetime.

Cons

As with any established company, there are periods of transition and change. I see this less as a setback and more as a natural part of the company’s evolution. While those moments can be difficult, I’ve seen leadership make consistent progress in improving transparency and communication, which makes navigating change much easier.
