      Provides hands-on experience and real responsibilities for interns, Exposure to real projects and practical industry work, Opportunity to develop technical and soft skills

      The internship allowance of RM600 may not be fully aligned with the workload and responsibilities assigned. While the learning exposure is valuable, the compensation could be improved to better reflect the level of contribution expected from interns.
