Pros
Great coworkers and supervisors where you are able to learn a lot and expand your knowledge of all parts of the brewing process. Granted some good creative freedom during slow times.
Cons
Upper management sees you as completely replaceable and does not value your contributions to the team. Pays you very little for the responsibilities given, did not get any sort of raise in my time there
