Pros
The team and people is one of the biggest, I feel like over the past 7+ years being at Isobar Australia I have always been allowing growing in my role. Another amazing pro is the collaboration at Isobar, I have worked with many people not only from my local office but interstate and worldwide. One big one to call out was working collaborative on a global initiative called "Iso-Inspire" I started years back with my local Canberra team. Word got out of my initiative that the UK team reached out and wanted to work with me to help build and share my vision to all Isobar employees, to help get inspired with there day to day work. This just shows how involved our global leaders are with all employees at Isobar, and I even got a personal email from CEO Jean Lin congratulating me which was a career highlight!
Cons
The workload can get high at times, but that is apart of all agencies.
