Contracted seamstress - Independent Contractor Isoude Employee Review

My time at Isoude was incredibly inspiring. All members of this community are extremely supportive of one another and the growth I experienced there was invaluable. My time there significantly helped shape me as a designer and entrepreneur. Isoude is a dynamic environment that is welcoming to new talent and ideas. The size of the company also allows for substantial hands-on experiences in a range of roles. All employees are well-rounded and willing to teach new employees how to be successful in this fast-paced, exciting company. Seeing exceptionally beautiful garments come to life is a rewarding, daily experience. I will be forever grateful of the time I spent there and for all that I learned collaborating with the brilliant designers of Isoude.

One of the challenges with Isoude is that it is a virtual office which can be difficult at time with communication and reviewing samples. Overall, the team works through any issues to solve problems effectively.

Really friendly and supportive environment, and there was a lot of opportunity to be hands-on with all aspects of the design process which I found to be enriching and fun! There was also a great work/life balance and the flexibility of the job was perfect for me.

Could generally be a bit hectic/unorganized at times, but issues were always worked out and would be improved upon by working as team.
