Pros

New executive leadership is fantastic, benefits are so much better than in the past, the company has added an additional holiday, culture here has improved significantly, and communication is leaps and bounds better than it's ever been. The company is even investing in a formal recognition program for all employees. The company is not what is was a year or two ago, but an organization that truly values it's employees. The leadership team really listens to employees and takes their feedback into consideration when making decisions for the business. No longer are we a one sides organization. I love coming to work everyday! I enjoy the flexibiblilty and work life balance I get working here. I feel like I work in an organization where I am completely supported by my team. People leaving the company has decreased significantly, which is great for projects and team moral! Getting Lync has been great! My review was done this year, and it was taken seriously!!! The company even has goals for each employee that align with the company's goals and direction. We are growing!!!!

Pros

• Fast paced environment • Some great people • Good building with workout facility & open work areas • Good location (Alpharetta) • Corporate events like annual international Bowling & Soccer tournaments are well executed • Extensive telecommuting program; team members are usually available through Lync • May 2014 reorg seemed to be a positive move • Parent company has deep pockets • Interesting: Actual employees are pictured on the career website • Update: free catered lunch on Thursday was discontinued • Update: New FT employees get benefits starting the first full month

Cons

• High attrition: by my count, 12 people (~10% of the total workforce) quit / kicked out within ~3 weeks in Spring 2014 • Key ista|net product is highly fragmented & needs a major architecture overhaul • Not enough conference room space • Very few onshore developers & QA (~20-30% on my team) – most is offshore contract • Too many people crammed into workspace with small desk areas, most people keep headphones on • Common work hours are wacky. Many developers reported working 12-14 hour days, including many consecutive weekends. However, I noticed that the office was consistently extremely quiet before 9:00, and after 4:00. Lots of “work” executed via iphones.
