Pros

Destiny knows her stuff and is willing to say what others wont. She is honest and will help you find the right fit and tell you the cons before the pros to make sure you know exactly what you're working with.

Cons

There is only one Destiny, she is amazing and we need 100 more of her.

Pros

Destiny at It’s Destiny Recruiting is an expert in placing sales professionals, especially those in technical and enterprise sales roles. She doesn’t just connect you with job opportunities—she coaches you through the entire process. From refining your sales resume to preparing for interviews with detailed mock Q&A sessions, she ensures you’re positioned to succeed. She also provides structured homework assignments to help you improve your approach, whether it’s crafting a compelling LinkedIn profile, structuring your deal stories, or refining how you communicate your sales metrics. Destiny understands what hiring managers are looking for and teaches you how to speak their language in interviews. If you're in sales and serious about landing your next role, she’s the recruiter you need. Highly recommended!

Cons

If you prefer a highly traditional, corporate-style approach, you might find Destiny’s style different from what you're used to. She is unapologetically herself—direct, energetic, and informal—which I personally found refreshing and highly effective. However, if you’re looking for a strictly conventional recruiter, it may take some adjustment. That said, her expertise and results speak for themselves, making her an excellent choice for any serious sales professional.
