      A student environment, so it feels a high quality place with a great social conditions.

      Cons

      For some people the salary (25 nis per hour) is not enough. It's 125% at nights and 150% on weekends.

      Everyone is really nice, great environment, steady stream of work

      Cons

      Compensation isn't that good Have to use PTO for sick time and doctors visits etc Specifically for software engineers, the tech stack is outdated
