      Pros

      Absolute no Pros at all. This place is a total waste of your time.

      Cons

      Lies, lies and more lies coming from every direction. The company has re-branded themselves 3-4 times in the last couple of years. The is no training for your job. There is no communication. You will not have a clear understanding of what is expected of you. You will not have a clear understanding of what your compensation package is. and whatever you take from this, listen up here..... DO NOT participate in their 401k plan. They will steal your money from your paycheck, not deposit into your plan and then make up more LIES later if you happen to figure out their crooks.

      Pros

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Fully remote company. Flex Time off

      Cons

      No merit increases 2 years in a row. Up and down quarter to quarter. A lot of turnover.
