      Pros

      Fairly good benefits, 401k match. Can work remotely, not cheap wIth expenses. 2020 quotes are reasonable for the first time.

      Cons

      Where to begin. This is a horrible place to work. Less than 10% of reps made quota. Products are old and they haven’t spend any money to improve them. Owned by private equity and they just want their money by increasing the renewals every year. Run don’t walk from this place.

      Pros

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Cons

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
