      Pros

      Started with Ivanti as the pandemic caused everyone to start working from home. Great team and organizational culture that has been maintained with the transition to work from home.

      Cons

      This is hardly a con, the products I work with have a long history with a number of team members spending several years supporting the existing product lines. There is a lot of institutional knowledge to dive into as you get up to speed as a new employee. It is great to be able to access so much history and product knowledge within the organization, just a lot for a new team member to get up to speed on.

      Pros

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Cons

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
