      Working at Ivanti was ok

      With that said - after my last day Ivanti set my dependent FSA funds to expire after 2 months of my last day. Their employee handbook says they'll make an effort to notify an employee of changes to benefits. I expected to have until Feb 2022 to claim the $2900 in my dependent FSA account after leaving in July 2021. 2 months after the calendar year as per the benefit plan. They didn't notify me of the date change and their administrator Health Equity said it wasn't their responsibility to. When I call they send me to voicemail. When I email they won't email me back. I have attempted to contact them for months and will move on from this life event by leaving this review.

      Pros

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Cons

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
