Pros

In today's culture of dealing with COVID and everything being a cancel-culture, IVANTI is doing a pretty damn good job. Jeff Abbott took the reigns in November 2021 and is much more focused on employee-success compared to the former CEO Jim. Work from home is working great, because that is what we are selling as well. Do I think we are buying up too many companies? Yes. But there's likely more information about the "why" that we don't know about.

Cons

In the first part of 2022, it seems like the Sales team doesn't have any vision or instructions regarding their territories or which products they're supposed to be selling. Very confusing with the acquisitions we had in 2021.

Thank you for your positive feedback and for being part of Ivanti over the past few years. We're glad you value the great team, benefits, growth opportunities, and flexible work-life balance. We understand that leadership changes can create some uncertainty, and we appreciate your patience as new leaders get acclimated and define our future direction. Your input is important as we continue to build an even stronger Ivanti together.

Pros

Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

Cons

Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
