      Pros

      I've enjoyed working at Ivanti because the people are kind, collaborative and go out of their way to help and support you. I feel very lucky to work with the team that I do because they've taught me so much and have elevated me in my career. I've learned and grown immensely in the 4+ years that I've been here and the opportunities I've had have been invaluable to me in my career. I look forward to new challenges, growth and collaboration so make Ivanti an even better place to be! I appreciate our competitive benefits, everywhere workplace model, autonomy, and support and encouragement I'm offered.

      Cons

      There's some growing pains from company growth, acquisitions, leadership changes, and solution consolidation/sunsetting. Would love to see a more generous parental leave policy, genuine DEIB policy and employee resource groups, and more mentorship/professional career development for employees.

      Pros

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Cons

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
