      no pros for the advisor that work here.

      Cons

      Advisors take forever to respond and honestly do nothing to help you. They all like to have automated responses when an important thing is happening, and don't respond for weeks. Why are advisors there if they don't help? It's so ridiculous.

      Pros

      Flexible scheduling. Good coworkers. Meaningful work. Above average campus support.

      Cons

      Low pay, with no possibilities of raises for the last couple of years and probably for the next could have years as well. Ever increasing responsibilities as statewide leadership changes and state funding cuts occur. Disconnect between statewide leadership and local campus needs.
