      Its close to the place I reside

      The state of Indiana needs to reign in Systems Office and their overly bloated staff. They are taking the money away from the communities and putting it into initiatives that do not meet the needs of Hoosiers.

      Flexible scheduling. Good coworkers. Meaningful work. Above average campus support.

      Cons

      Low pay, with no possibilities of raises for the last couple of years and probably for the next could have years as well. Ever increasing responsibilities as statewide leadership changes and state funding cuts occur. Disconnect between statewide leadership and local campus needs.
