Pros
- Every other team is better except the one trains team. - Amazing salary for some people My Experience- I was working with ixigo.com for about an year with trains team and there was change in management last year. The earlier management was pretty good at thier job and there were no such issues but due to recent changes in policies and management the micromanagement started growing. I had covid and i asked for leave in my notice period and i got constant escalation on my working ability and suddenly everyone's opinion about my work changed and i was a poor performer suddenly. I was in constant pressure to complete my work even if my health did not allowed me to do so.
Cons
- Too Much micromanagement, new processes are being introduced on daily basis to count each second of your day. - Too many processes which no one exactly knows how to implement. - Work is stagnant. - Not a company to learn something new, Code base is not great to learn from it. - If you are a 2-3 year experienced developer. Try to go with the companies like airtel, infoedge etc in ncr who pays similar amount with much more better work culture.
