Toxic environment with poor amenities and no learning - Manager Izmo Employee Review

I worked there more than 2 years as a Technical Project Manager, and I have 14 years of experience. During my tenure, I have never seen this kind of company in my life. There are no basic amenities at the office (for example, no water on the floor; you always need to go to the 4th floor by walk to get water). That too is dirty water, which is getting filtered from a very dirty sump that has not been cleaned for years. They don’t provide tissues in the restroom, and very often the water stops in the restroom with no tissues—assume what the situation is. There is no learning. The seniors who have been working for more than 20 years will not allow you to work. They always try to push you out because they want to prove that they are doing a good job. Because they know they will not get a job anywhere, that is the reason they are not moving. Admin is looting money in terms of food vendors and others. All are third-class people; they don’t know any other language other than Kannada. It is very difficult to speak to them.
