There's some great people that really care. Nice equipment not all drivers get new equipment. The owners really seem to care. They give one free lunch for the employees and if drivers on the yard.

Not all people here are nice you will be yelled at from time to time. Your job will be threatened from time to time. A bunch of acting bosses. You will be disrespected alot. No certified mechanics the yard always needs work concrete is horrible not enough trailer for loads you have to wait on trailers The have favorites they are the one who get the most miles the rest gets low pay.
