Pros

Convenient and the staff discount, although not generous, is useful.

Cons

Not supported by management when a customer complained about me for implementing a store policy. I was treated so badly by managers that it made me I'll and I resigned. Complaints made about my treatment by the manager were not upheld (by other managers of course).

Pros

Friendly and supportive team environment. Managers were approachable and flexible with schedules. Good training provided, especially for first-time retail workers. Fair pay for the role and clear procedures. Opportunity to develop customer service and teamwork skills.

Cons

Work could be repetitive, especially during quiet shifts. Early morning or late night shifts could be tiring. Limited progression opportunities for seasonal workers. Can get very busy during holiday periods. Short employment period – not much job security.
