Pros

The head office is very nice and well located for people living in London The people that work there are very friendly

Cons

As with all companies there is a strong element of "who you know" and not "what you do or how you do it" Lots of people will be Sainsburys lifers and have worked there from stores or from a university graduate scheme. This makes progression for "newcomers" more challenging

Pros

Friendly and supportive team environment. Managers were approachable and flexible with schedules. Good training provided, especially for first-time retail workers. Fair pay for the role and clear procedures. Opportunity to develop customer service and teamwork skills.

Cons

Work could be repetitive, especially during quiet shifts. Early morning or late night shifts could be tiring. Limited progression opportunities for seasonal workers. Can get very busy during holiday periods. Short employment period – not much job security.
