Pros
- Colleagues are good and willing to help each other. Those colleagues are mainly Malaysian. - When they firstly establish in Malaysia is good, but after keep changing management , everything upside down.
Cons
-For those Malaysian that called themselves as "leader", they are lack of experience and lack of knowledge to lead the whole team, They will always take credit and advantage from their team members and show to those "expatriate" to let those " expatriate" trust and rely on them. -No system at all where all the process and flow all by manual ways and always doing double job and repeating the same mistake. -No career advancement , those who cannot speak or write simple English/Malay, don't know about from back-end to front-end Operational works, always sleeping/ napping during office hours, 24 hours as bosses PA, will have higher chances or definitely will get promoted. - No benefit at all, always hire young graduate to brainwash and telling them they will have chances to get promoted -As a Marketing or Key Account will not have any phone allowance nor any commission or any allocated budget for you to deal with customer. All of the expenses bare by your own. - Outsider may think this is a corporate company but the truth is just like their family business company playing around. No planning at all, everything last minute and likes to twist around.
