My partner recently entered this job temporarily so he does part time night shift at penjuru. During his second day, he met this malay worker, supposedly a full timer. He asked him to push 16 cages back in by walking and my partner only took roughly 30 minutes. The malay worker decided to scold him, berating him, asking him why he took so long. He also injected that he was too slow. Now I hope the people in your workplace have more respect for young newer workers and not berate them just because they are slower. If you ask me, 30 minutes for 16 cages via walking is average. Please try and educate the workers to be more respectful and encourage better teamwork. This one person has been spoken about by two part time workers.
