A very nimble company, very open minded, and collaborative. Everyone from the CEO to the average Joe (or Jane) is approachable and open to explore work topics both new & old, nothing's taboo to discuss.
There is a clear vision we are all working toward and believe in. Everyone seems enrolled in the same goal as a true team and are very supportive of one another.
This is the way companies of all sizes should operate.
