      Flexibility, caring environment, smart, humble, talent co-workers and FFW is really a company that stands by its values. Leadership cares about employee wellbeing. There is a reason why FFW has a retention rate much higher than the standard consulting industry.

      Sometimes there are scheduling, resourcing, or planning challenges for client projects that affect our ability to deliver the best work.

      Really kind people to work for who actually do care about work/life balance and employee experience

      Cons

      Nothing significant. They're fully remote, so if you want an office, this isn't for you, but the flexibility was great.
