Received a raise for great performance; and pretty great relationship working environment amongst team members. Great interactions with bulk buyers, even selling with another Budtender nearby just always clicked.

Jars U in comparison too your first observation week are two different elements of learning how to operate in this ecosystem. Be prepared for nit picks, stern warnings about salesmanship and written up for not pushing certain products be prepared to learn/freestyle on your own. Management is here too collect a check, use this time to make personal errands or just go MIA that if you’re in need of a teaching moment (to meet expectations) they will not be there or if present they will hijack your sale completely (leaving you only with an example of theirs, not an example of yours with notes). If you are looking for growth in: cannabis education, customer care and communication skills I recommend you vibe elsewhere because here you are only driven to be sales goal oriented and stagnant. Someone else also mentioned that here in a review and described to the T. I asked some questions to my GM hoping for a transparent; educational inclination in which I advocated my learning style in order for my expectation to be achieved. An hour later I was terminated by my ASM. No clear explanation on if i should word my sale one way or another; not even a try with the next customer; and definitely no need to adjust to one’s learning style, just get rid of them with no notes or explanation.
