The Owner takes very good care of his employees. The folks there are dedicated employees who work hard to give the company a good reputation. Terrific customers that are appreciative, cool designs and great ideas. Often goes above and beyond expectations for the customer. Many happy customers.

Fast paced, details often overlooked which leads to many jobs with a lot of crunch time. Function of design too often follows form. "it's got to look really cool but it may not work that well" . Primary focus is on architecture and building methods and materials are second. Carpenters in the field were not always well respected by management.
