Pros
JJL is a great place to work, I have been here for a while now and seen first hand that people who deserve advancement get it. Lets face it many people work only for a paycheck and I'm one of them. That doesn't mean I try any less or do a bad job( my job and how people view me is important to me) it just means that I'm fine doing what I do and getting a check for it . I don't necessarily want to advance since I can not put in all of the extra time nthat comes with the extra responsibilities. What bothers is me that people do not make enough positive remarks here. JJL is a reliable company that pays me like clockwork every 2 weeks without fail and always has.The management are nice people and accept that mistakes do happen and my co-workers are for the most part pleasant and happy with what they are doing. Bottom line , if you are looking for a job JJL would be good choice whether you want to grow or like me just want to make a living.

Benefits would be nice and a longer lunch break too, 30 minutes is sometimes a rush to get back
