      - okay pay - nice colleagues - bonuses and overtime pay

      - high turnover & understaffed - little to no communication between teams & staff - processes always changing & not usually for the better - lots of pressure from management

      Everyone at JLA is nice and the work is for the good of the public

      Cons

      They don’t promote within. Leadership is aloof. Company goals don’t make any sense
