      Pros

      Nice food. Some nice staff. Decent incentives for those in a position to earn them.

      Cons

      Incentives lean towards certain staff. The best opportunities are given to certain staff. Promises will not be met, so don't hold out hope. Hand in your notice and prepare for a mont of them ignoring your existence.

      Everyone at JLA is nice and the work is for the good of the public

      Cons

      They don’t promote within. Leadership is aloof. Company goals don’t make any sense
