      Pros

      The company have an impressive growth strategy over the next few years, this means that things move fast but opportunity is high. I have never seen a group of employees so willing to dig in for each other.

      Cons

      This is a demanding place to work, only for those who are willing to their potential and as I've said, is very satisfying for those who do.

      Everyone at JLA is nice and the work is for the good of the public

      Cons

      They don’t promote within. Leadership is aloof. Company goals don’t make any sense
