We have systems in place to protect our colleagues and, although you’ve now left our company, we’d like to let you know we encourage our people to speak to us so we are able to help.
If colleagues feel a law or company code of conduct is being broken, a confidential reporting system is available and run by an independent external so that concerns can be raised anonymously.

As well as Speak Up, our HR Direct service is also open to all our people and lets you speak with the team dedicated to making your experience at our company a positive one. They can be contacted via the intranet people portal.
