-Partners do not hold people back when they are ready to take on more -Everyone generally gets along, not many sharp elbows. Enjoy spending time around most of colleagues -Partnership is very transparent as to what is going on
Cons
-lacks structure, but good for people who like to operate with out a ton of oversight or infrastructure - Culture can sometimes overvalue "hard work"/brute force when problems can be solved with more nuance and strategic thinking
