Pros

Good place to join as fresher and learn new technologies. Use 1 year to get trained and quit at the earliest.

Cons

The office has good people but has few poisionous snakes - leads. The CTO also openly encourages the leads to be like that. The leads think they know everything and treat people without respect. We joined the company believing the words of HR about the good things in the company and about the work culture, values and environment. After coming we see only the HR practice that and he is the only person who will give you respect. A simple example - he will ask you to sit before he will listen to you. The Leads try and talk to you as though they care for you and force you to complain about HR becasue he is motivates to participate and he does not encourage favoritism. The leads don't like this because they are used to favourtism by the CTO. The Leads and CTO want everything only to be in their name, but will not work for it. They will take work from you and take good name for it. Shameless people. If you don't bend to them, they will start framing that you are bad and ensure that you get terminated. The CTO will blindly believe only them. Cannot describe the way the leads speak. It will be with utmost disrespect as though everyone are slaves for them. But not every lead is bad. The bad are the most experienced people who have been running this company as a family business. This is not a corporate, this is purely a jail run by CTO and his his loyal rowdies (leads). If you don't butter them and expect self-respect, your life will become hell. They will form some groups to focus on activites for name sake and will want everybody to follow them to get name. They will conduct some so-called motivation meeting for future generation and the lead who conducts it is the king of poisionous snakes who is more a rowdy than a software professional. Infact he does not like or know professionalism. What poisionous culture is this?

Direct client experience. Fast-paced, intense learning environment.

The pace can be intense during peak delivery cycles, especially when balancing multiple client priorities - typical of consulting/ finance though.
