JNT always delivers on their promises. Very energetic and great work atmosphere. They understand people have lives outside of work and that sometimes may impinge on their time and attention. They actively promote volunteerism among their employees. They have a purpose or a mission that every employee understands. There is a lot of positive reinforcement throughout the office. The culture at JNT is very driven, involved, and AMBITIOUS. This isn't your ordinary boring office job, I have been here for 3 years and I still learn something new everyday and I love it!!

During the storm seasons ( Late Feb - Early June) the hours can be long for the roofing department. But it can be seen more as of positive result. It just drives you to work harder!
