Pros
benefits aren't half bad, and its a job. if you make it to PM status, you get to do pretty much whatever you want
Cons
Too many to name, but project managers here are completely unchecked. They act like tyrants, and make it super clear that engineers are entirely disposable. I remember being hopeful coming in here based on the interview process, but it's just a show. The vibes are absolutely miserable among most teams. You're going to work 60 hour weeks including weekends, and don't expect to be appreciated or compensated.
